Welcome to SnapOwner, a product of SnapOwner LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the SnapOwner application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SnapOwner is a real estate property intelligence application that provides property data, ownership information, valuation estimates, and owner contact information through publicly available records and third-party data providers. The Service is designed for legitimate real estate, investment, and business purposes only.

IMPORTANT: SnapOwner is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The information provided through the Service does not constitute a "consumer report" as defined by the FCRA. You shall not use information obtained through SnapOwner for any purpose governed by the FCRA, including but not limited to:

If you use phone numbers obtained through the Service to contact property owners, you agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable state telemarketing laws. This includes but is not limited to: honoring the National Do Not Call Registry, obtaining prior express consent before making autodialed or prerecorded calls, and complying with time-of-day restrictions. SnapOwner displays Do Not Call (DNC) status when available, but it is your sole responsibility to verify compliance before initiating contact. Violations of the TCPA may result in significant statutory damages.

5. Accuracy of Information

Information provided through SnapOwner is sourced from public records and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Property valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as appraisals. You should independently verify all information before making decisions based on it.

6. User Accounts and Credits

The Service may offer free lookups, credit-based features, and premium subscriptions. Credit balances are non-transferable and may expire. We reserve the right to modify credit allocations, pricing, and feature availability at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPOWNER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapOwner LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
